Got my first injection on Oct 10,2014, 2nd on Oct 20 to solve remaining issue. The treatment was successful. Dr. Kizina's assessment, and his explanation about my problems, procedure / exceptions was 100% accurate. I'm very satisfied with results and happy that my issues got resolved (I had severe lower back pain that also effected my left leg).

Had my first injection on Sept. 19, 2014 from Dr. Kizina. I'm amazed and pleased with the results. I'm looking forward to future treatments from him and i'm happy that I've finally been given some relief from an issue i've dealt with for more than 20 years.
