She quickly diagnosed the problem (distal bicep tear) got me into an mri the same day to form a plan and had me in surgery within 4 days. I had all the prep work taken care of all before surgery brace, bloodwork, checked in hospital, and therepy. The office was amazing Taylor followed up daily because of my diabetes. Her and Dr. Lynch took care of me even on the weekend and called in prescriptions and managed my wound care. All the services were easy to manage and all in same building. They were so easy and comforting. This by far was the easiest and stress free medical experience I have ever had. Recovery was fast and Dr. Lynch did a great job! The pain management was minor and within a week felt so much better. They were a God send!

Went in with Torn cuff 6 months after initial injury. I'd already tried rest and light rehab. I guess she didn't feel an MRI was called for because she recommended more therapy. Torn labrum repaired with another DR.

I was referred to Dr. Lynch for a distal bicep injury. I called daily for a week and left 2 messages. I emailed through her website for an appointment the next week. On the 2nd week of calling once per day i finally got through to a front desk girl. She was very rude and took my insurance info. and would not make an appointment for me at that time. She stated she would call me back. Never heard from her.
I am dumbfounded on how in the world I person can get through to see this particular doctor. Time to go elsewhere folks.

I left after waiting an hour and twenty minutes for my first appointment. Staff gave the impression this was the norm.

Great Surgeon, I wish I would have seen her instead of the other surgeon I saw instead the first time around.

Dr. Lynch has a very good bedside manner and is very professional. The staff has been very helpful and completes the necessary paperwork in a timely manner to keep my disability payments current and ongoing. I was originally scheduled to undergo treatment at SAMMC but I was referred to NE Ortho by TRICARE. In my opinion I am receiving the very best care possible. The physical therapy department has also done a fantastic job in my recovery. I could not be happier. I would recommend NE Ortho and Dr. Lynch without hesitation!

The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Lynch was informative of my treatment options. She was also gentle as can be injecting my shoulder and made me feel at ease as I was pretty nervous.

Dr Lynch and her staff were very knowledgeable and informative regarding my issues with my arm and shoulder. They took time and explained the findings of my MRI & Xrays. Not only did they inform me that I had rotator cuff tear, but also offered me options for getting relief. I was impressed and felt confident that I would receive excellent care with Dr Lynch and the staff at NE Orthopedics.
