Dr. Phinney is the greatest! He is kind, concerned, and willing to spend all the time you need.

Dr Phinney took care of my Mother in Toledo Hospital. He was kind, caring, honest he showed us images discussed her case in detail and asked us for questions. He came back daily to check in on us to see how she was and see if she had any questions. He also was caring and compassionate to my Dad and I. He is an excellent physician and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
