There is not a bad thing to say about Dr. Nelson or his staff. They have treated me like you would a family member. Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable. I spent a few nights the hospital. After returning home I received not one, but two phone calls from from La Donna Williams who works in the office. She treated me like her brother. I can't say thank you enough to her. If I ever need his services again I will be back. Thank you Dr. Nelson, and all your staff.

Dr. Nelson is a very good Doctor. He explain things to where you can understand and he answers your questions as best as he can. He done a good job on my shoulder. Thank you
