This office should just be closed. The office staff is horrible and it has completly gone down hill. I have been a patient there for 13 years before he Dr. Mikhael Medhat bought it from Dr. Gurskis. I have only seen Dr. Mikhael 2 times in the last 10 years and the rest have been with PA's and all the good ones have left and know I know why. Save yourself the time and go else where if you can get to Dr. gurskis then see him he is awesome. This office truely sucks.....

Absolutely one of worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor and/or physicians group. The staff are cold and uncaring. The doctors always run late, rush appointments, and are unreachable. There were several times where I ended up in the emergency room because after consecutive days of trying to get help, including using their urgent line, I never got through to a nurse or received a call back. When in the ER, the doctors wouldn't even bother trying to reach my doctor saying "we can never get through to them." They also charged to have disability paperwork filled out, then never filed it!

Promises, promises, promises. The doctor will schedule a procedure. One small problem, the staff will never have the assets arranged for the procedure to be accomplished. There will be about a 6 month wait and lo and behold they will blow it again, Most incompetent staff of rookies.

The staff is unprofessional, unexperiences and the office manager JP is rude too. They schedule you in Newport office and don't tell you until you get to the wrong office and then they make you reschedule like it's your fault.

The Dr. I saw in this office was extremely rude and insulting and treated me like I was a drug seeker. I have severe fibro and facet joint athropathy and have been bedridden for two years and he treated me like dirt.
