I am trying to resolve a diagnosis code that Dr. Sutter had put down incorrectly. She was nice and informative, but I had to wait over an hour and a half after my appointment start time while I clearly saw her gossiping in the halls. I was more annoyed with the services she pushed on me and the $241 bill that came from a routine check-up because she marked a medical code instead of a screening code. Then she went on maternity leave and is out of contact. I had just moved to the area and was looking for a new doctor, but it looks like I need to find another one for many reasons.
