Dr. Costa(formerly from MGH) is a concierge physician. Given my age I pay $3,600 annually. With my busy schedule, the ease of access to high quality medical care is worth the price. Dr. Costa is very detail oriented and accomodates my schedule whether I am at home or travelling internationally. I have signed up my family to receive his knowledgeable care. Elderly parents are pricey though: $10,000
