She is intolerable of any children that are not "perfect angels". Don't take a special needs child to her! He told her that it was hurting when she was drilling his tooth and she put some monitor on it and said that it was impossible because the monitor said the tooth was numb and she KEPT DRILLING while he screamed. No empathy. One week later my daughter went into for a cleaning and the hygienist slipped with an instrument and stabbed her in the nose (near her eye) with it. It bled and left a mark for a week and half. When I confronted the dentist she said her hygienist denied it.. of course she did. She did something wrong... just too much to deal with at her office. They are less than personable also. They should invest more in their personalities than their appearance.
