He was very unhelpful! His opinion counter to any reputable Dr. Rude and awful bedside manner.

I had a complete knee replacement with Dr, Josua Carothers and was a total nightmare. My life has been placed on hold and have been left disabled. I am in terrible pain that is with me day and night. I limp and keep taking bad falls. No other doctor wants to re do the surgery because they will have to admit that Carothers did something wrong. Doctors forget the oath they took when they became doctors. I have aged alot, the pain has taken over and I find myself crying all the time, Where does one go for help?

Dr. Carothers performed a complete hip replacement for me. The pain was completely alleviated and I was able to get around better a week after surgery than before the procedure. Alleviated not only hip pain but knee and back pain too. Excellent surgeon.

I chose Dr. Joshua Carothers to do double knee replacement. I did one at a time, and have undergone the process for the past 7 months. After giving ample time for recovery, I am honored to leave a 5-star review for Dr. Carothers. After years of suffering extreme pain, I finally bit the bullet. It was the best decision I've ever made. I am walking normally and pain free. Dr. Carothers is truly a gifted surgeon, and I recommend his services to anyone.

I had surgery on my left knee and have never been able to walk correctly. Left me hurting and disabled. Insisted nothing was wrong. Gave me a injection and had to be taken out in a wheel chair. I reported him but nothing has been done. No one called back.

I researched and visited with 3 orthopedic surgeons before selecting Dr Carothers to perform my hip replacement surgery. Dr Carothers is excellent and his staff is as well. I had a abnormal size femur that required special expertise for a successful surgery. Dr Carothers anticipated the issue and the surgery was successful. A less experienced surgeon may not have been able to make it successful. I highly recommend Dr. Carothers- he is excellent!

After extensive research on knee replacement and what I should look for in a surgeon, I chose Dr. Carothers. I was impressed with his training and it was important that the doctor I chose had fellowship training. I had both knees replaced on July 16th and 3 months later I feel like a million bucks. I had no problems and any questions I had if I called the office were taken care of promptly. I highly recommend this doctor if you have bad knees. He is the best!

One of the worse doctors in NM . he's rude , short and inattentive . After surgery he disappears and your left to deal with his PA. Don't make the mistake of choosing this guy . You will regret it.
