Dr. Randall helped me so much! He has relieved my pain so that I am able to live my life again. I refuse to take pain pills to mask my pain and that make me sick, and he agrees. He did nerve blocks on me and then put a spinal cord stimulator in. My pain is over 80% gone! He always explains everything and listens. His staff is very good. I took my daughter to him and he helped her too. When I leave a message, he gets back to me within the day. I've never had any problems getting into see him. He and his staff treat me with respect and kindness. I told my cousin about him, and she went to see him. She loved him! I tell everyone how much he helped me.

New office is amazing. His staff is always very friendly and happy to help. Dr. Randall always treats me like a person. He is straight forward and thorough. He is fast, but always willing to answer any questions I have.

I love Dr. Randall, but can't stand the wall you hit trying to get a message to him. When I came to him I had already had neck surgery (3 levels), and had been drug through the dirt by quite a few other docs. I had quite a few injections for the nerve pain that had come after surgery, but the relief was short lived. Then he told me about a pain stimulator that is surgically implanted under the skin. I had it implanted about 2 years ago, and coupled with the neck surgery have had excellent pain relief. I even made a bogus pain appointment (only possible way to see him), so I could tell him how good I was doing. My only complaint is in terms of the stimulator and charger. It is uncomfortable to charge as the battery has to be directly over the box, and now the battery pack can barely hold a charge. It's beginning to get under my skin....literally. The system seemed outdated the day I got it. LOVE RANDALL though!

I would give Dr. Randall and his staff a 10 on a scale 1-10. He did a back surgery T-3 Kyphoplasty on my back. The whole staff was great. Two doctors came in before surgery and explained it to me an my wife. They treated us with great respect. I feel great like he said I would.

This man has no idea what he is doing. He did one procedure, gave up on me, and told me to live on narcotics for the rest of my life. Then proceeded to lecture me and belittle me telling me to go have gastric bypass surgery done. After which I told him many times if we can get my pain under control I can walk of the weight. I have since read my charts and discovered he has not listened to a blessed word I have said at all. Please save yourself the heartache and headache. GO SEE SOMEONE ELSE!

This guy does not know what he is doing. He made my pain worse and then treated me like it was my fault. I wouldnt send my dog to this so called doctor
