Very disappointed that there are health care professionals like this especially treating children with mental illness. As other reviews state she is more interested in pushing products. We tried the neurofeedback that you have to pay in advance for. They actually made our child worse after only a few sessions. We decided to stop because it was having a bad affect, we asked about it but never got a response. Also since we have stopped we have never heard from them even though we have seven treatments left they don’t care they have their money these people do not care about a child’s mental health you see multiple doctors and counselors but they don’t seem to work togerthyat all. Dr Serin met with us and seemed she cared but again just wanted us to buy their products. She spent five minutes with our child asked couple of questions she had her diagnosis made to what fit her program. I had a uneasy feeling and should of went for it and not just financial aspect.

We tried 20 sessions of neurofeedback for our son and didn't notice any changes. Dr. Serin didn't evaluate our child, just had a meeting with the parents. I felt like Dr. Serin was interested more in the financial aspects of the treatment rather then being focused on the child. We saw her once and then was handed off. Her staff who performs the feedback is very nice. We had heard others who had success with the treatment. It is very expensive and hard to research so wanted to give some feedback.
