Dr. Kruger was wonderful! He answered every question I had, he even answered questions I did not ask but should have. He was friendly at all times and not at all aloof as some Drs. Are. Dr. Kruger does not think he is God as many of them do. I would recommend him to anyone, without hesitation.

On May 1, 2018 I entered Banner TBird for displaced fracture of my ring finger. It required surgery. While the facility was in network, Dr Kruger was not. After 2 appeals to the insurance company on my part and one on "Vangie's" part, the claim was still denied. This left me owing Dr Kruger $4k+. " Vangie" at Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Assoc. contacted the doctor on my behalf and the balance was waived. They both went above and beyond what any other business would do. Both of my sisters are Family Practice doctors in Phoenix and added that Dr Kruger exemplifies a doctor who truly cares for his patients. The surgery was flawless, so apparently Dr. Kruger's surgical skills mirror his genuine concern for his patients.

Dr Kruger and staff have been great with my mother's care. She fell and at 81 years old is is a very long process. His kindness and caring manner helped my mother to heal. He is her savior and she os very happy with him and is going to miss her appointments.

Dr. Kruger, at the time of my Surgery wasn’t Board Certified in plastic surgery, and was only a candidate member in the “ASSH”. As of 12-01-18, he is certified in plastic surgery according to abplasticsurgery.org, but isn’t an active member in the ASSH. Horrible outcome on the 5th Metacarpal. No review of current x-rays with me at 90 Day visit. No follow-up after 90 Days, He advised against second surgery. Locked 5th (MCP), mal-rotated, hand nonfunctional or aligned. Officially Terminated
