For 5+years, I struggled with issues (and another endocrinologist). I took my medical history and lab results to Dr. Bailey and she was able to accurately diagnose my problem on my first visit. She suggested the possible need for a surgery. She was right on! Further testing confirmed her diagnosis. Surgery, with very skilled Dr. Milas was in 2019. I have had no recurring problems. I have the highest regard for Dr. Bailey and Dr. Milas.

I have been with Dr Bailey for a while. Sometimes there are really bad days in the office and sometimes they are fantastic. Dr office staff traditionally is high turnover so that makes it hard to have consistency and good care. Sometimes I have had to call multiple times to get what I need but that is the staff problem and I let Dr Bailey know. She works hard at having a pleasant atmosphere and quality appointment. I have seen her when she was having her own medical issues and it was obvious it wasn’t a good day. She isn’t a robot. She has apologized to me a couple of times and she has gone out of her way more than once to take care of me. I am grateful for her.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Baileys now for bout 10 yrs and I will NOT see her! She has no apathy for her patients. She made me cry and only told me, “ I see you’re crying.” That was it. I see her associates and go in for my ultrasounds only. Laura has told me that Dr Bailey would like to see me in which I tell her I don’t care for her and will not see her but any associates only! Dr Bailey has lost any apathy for patients, maybe not all but some. When people ask me about my endocrinologist I tell them who I see but would NOT recommend seeing her.

I've been on disability for 28 yrs. This was bar none, the worst med. office I've ever experienced. The level of apathy this Dr shows towards patients and the way her staff is allowed to treat patients is beyond shocking. She way under dosed me for a life threatening condition and I wound up in an ER having seizures as an end result. The ER didn't even bother to call her. They contacted a different Endo instead for advice. The staff lies, play games by avoiding patients calls and just could care less about anyone. I'd go to my animals Veterinarian before this Dr again!

I feel like I'm reading about another doctor. Dr Bailey pays good attention to my labs and other areas of concern. She was highly recommended and I do the same. Her staff are very busy and may translate to rude, but I don't think so. And there are long waits at times but I bring something to do and, from experience, know that she's really worth the wait.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bailey for four years. On occasion I have waited more than two hours to see her. Today I called ahead, as asked, to make sure Dr. Bailey was running on time. I was told she was on time and to be sure to be to my appointment on time. I was there ten minutes early. After waiting 20 minutes I discovered Dr. Bailey decided to see three drug reps who stopped by instead of seeing her patients. This is totally unacceptable. After waiting 35 minutes, I told Laura I had to get back to my job. She said she understood and was frustrated that the doctor was seeing the drug reps and not patients. In my book, it does not matter how good the doctor is. My time is just as valuable as the doctor's. I hate to stop being a patient of Dr. Bailey , but will not tolerate being treated this way and am looking elsewhere.

Front staff doesn't return phone calls and claims they do. I called them 6 times in 5 days. I told doctor my medication dose was too high and i was suffering from insomnia and heart palpitations. She ignored my comments and recommended a higher dose. Like the other reviewer said, front staff lies. Now they're trying to charge me for cancelling an appointment. When you don't' call me back after 6 calls, yes, i will cancel the appointment. (they said they tried but couldn't). That's fine for once. But what about the other 5 times you didn't call me back?? Lying, rude and incompetent. Find another doctor.

I love that if I call before my appointment they will tell me how far behind the dr is running and when to arrive. I have worked in a medical office before and apprecieate what all goes on up there. Yes, sometimes they are short with people like other reviews said and they are human and make mistakes but when I am in need they take care of me.

I cannot say enough good things about Laura and Mia, the front staff. They are both wonderful. My husband and I are in the process of changing endos. We only get to see Bailey once a year. They "forgot" to schedule my husbands cancer checkup. We are sure we can find a doctor with better patient skills. Ditto on Laura Nolan. She is knowable but has no people skills to speak up.
