Best doctor ever! So kind and communicative! She looks young but is incredibly professional and obviously competent.

As a medical professional, that has worked in cardiology, I am probably more critical that most, but Dr. Phancao, is amazing! She truly cares about her patients. When my Dad was in the hospital and I was unable to be there, she called me daily with updates, explained risks and benefits of procedures and when I was unsure she gave me time to digest the information and then came back to answer questions and consult with my Dad and myself. Dr. Phancao even called my dad on his poor health and how he's not taking care of himself, I LOVED it! It's exactly what he needed to hear, from someone other than his daughter. Her bedside manner is excellent.
