Dr Kapoor has cared for me for many years and is my favorite provider. She never seems rushed or impatient in any way. She is prompt in getting back to me and thoroughly addresses my concerns. Would 100% recommend Dr Kapoor to anyone I know.

Dr. Kapoor is an outstanding physician. I was seeing her for something else - when she put my medication list together with my recent history, she took me off a medication that was likely causing high blood pressure. So thankful for her careful and caring support!

Dr. Kapoor did not bother to read my chart before seeing me. Every other doctor I saw at the Mayo Clinic took the time to look at pertinent records. She wasn’t thorough and made me feel like a waste of her time.

Would 10/10 recommend NOT seeing this doctor. I am unclear how this doctor is at the Mayo Clinic. She is gaslighting, doesn’t listen - truly - to the patient’s full story, doesn’t document your visit so that other clinicians can read her note and doesn’t follow up in the portal. Super disappointing. Is this really the great Mayo Clinic?! So confused.

Her attitude was rude, abrupt and very demeaning. That attitude is the last thing you need when you have an appointment for women’s health issues. Part of the reason women don’t get help with aging issues is that they fear exactly the situation I found myself in. I’d never see her again. Her nurse was very nice and helpful.
