Dr. Jacobstein is an extremely caring, patient and understanding expert in here field. She has helped me unpack many internal issues and has given me the tools i need to overcome them. I feel safe and relaxed when I speak with her and I really could not have asked for a better therapist.

I must admit that two reviews down I posted that Dr Jacobstein was uncaring and indifferent. This is simply not true. I was having personality disorder issues at the time and that is no excuse to say anything false about Dr. Jacobstein. She is absolutely caring, effective, and provides a relaxing environment for therapy. She is the best of the best and many many clients have said so. I want to apologize for my untruthful statements. Please disregard them. Obviously she is a much better person than I am or ever could be, which makes me ashamed of myself. I never deserved such a great person as my therapist. I never deserved any of it. Please ignore me and try therapy with Dr. Jacobstein. You won't regret it.

Dr. Jacobstein is an excellent psychologist. She shows great care towards her patients. She has a lot of experience and she is very knowledgeable in many areas of treatment.

She showed an indifference to me, in my experience. I did not find her to be a caring individual or professional. Her advice and strategies were not always useful. However she did try to be attentive.

We would like to say that we have put our lives in her hands as well as the psychiatrist. We trust that she will make the best decisions for our care and council all of our parts...well as many as possible. In almost five years, she has not given us any reason not to trust her. That is why we believe she is the best psychologist for us. I am speaking for the group. She is allowing us to be a part of the decision-making process. This is important. Also, the seven year-old adores Amy. She gave Amy something for the other kids that come in to play with. If you see the small multicolored stuffed animal in her office, that's Rainbow Sherbert!

Dr. Amy Jacobstein has helped me tremendously with my anxiety. She is extremely dedicated and caring. During our session she is completely focused on my improvement and incorporates details from several previous sessions to help me realize key ideas. She has helped me overcome issues with anxiety, panic attacks, and trauma during two major times of my life. Dr. Jacobstein is an excellent listener, thoughtful, very professional, and highly insightful. I have progressively overcome obstacles thanks to her method and her coaching. I would highly recommend her. Every time I left a session I felt a great sense of relief.

Dr. Amy Jacobstein has helped me overcome so many obstacles in my life. She's gotten me through traumatic experiences. She teaches me ways to cope daily and to live my life fully. She has been there for me through the hardest of times. After 3 years, I can truly say that she is one of the best psychologists/therapists out there. She truly cares about her patients/clients. I have come a long way since I started seeing her, despite my mental illness diagnosis. I owe most of my improvement to Dr. Jacobstein.

Dr. Jacobstein has seen me for quite a while now. I would travel to the next city to see her. She has helped me that much. I have an ongoing illness, and she teaches me all different ways to deal with my illness, and I almost always leave her office feeling better than when I got there.

I would not recommend this "doctor" to anyone. She is not helpful, in fact she made things far worse for me and my family. There are plenty of good doctors to see.
