I started seeing Dr. Valiente about 4 months ago and the chance is drastic. The connection that he creates with his patients is not common. I have been to multiple therapist since childhood and have never felt the shift that I have after seeing him. He is honest, kind and direct. He is open about his life and his issues that help you relate to him. He is non-judgmental and helps you see perspectives that you might have never considered. I reccomend him or therapy to anyone. Therapy can only make you better, stronger, wiser and help you lead a better life. It's not for "crazy people" just normal people who care to be a better version of themselves. If you care to do that, I believe this man can help almost anyone. Good luck.
