He was our family physician and seemed to be ok. But after awhile he seemed to be less interested. I was his patient since he moved to Reno. But I began to feel he didn't take me seriously. I went to see him with symptoms of fluid retention in the legs and ankles this went on for two years. I was concerned about congestive heart failure, but he wouldn't do any tests. He told me to go home and put my feet up. Then my ankles got HUGE, I was having difficulty breathing, developed pneumonia and was horribly weak and tired. He prescribed an antibiotic that had a warning label that it might be FATAL if you have HEP C. Dr. B knew that I contracted HEP C from a blood transfusion. It's all over my records. But he didn't know that antibiotic could kill me. I finally changed doctors and was immediately hospitalized for liver failure. I'm now on a waiting list for a liver transplant. If I were still with Dr. B, I'd probably be dead!

He seems to be always in a hurry. Also he is not very personable.

I have had a family member pushed to the brink of a suicidal crises by this so-called doctor. Physician, do no harm! Shame on him! He needs to update his training and stop trying to treat behavioral health issues or co-occurring disorders until he gets his own anger, aggression, placing blame and guilt, and other adverse behaviors under control!

I must say, doctor b cares a lot about his job and his patients. However, he intrudes on other patients and constantly does not follow " patient-doctor confidentiality". He becomes hostile if you ever want any type of addictive substance regardless of your situation. He will accuse you of anything and everything and call you 100 times to keep you as a patient. I found him still involved in my life after I TRIED to get away and get a different doctor. STAY AWAY. I promise, you will regret seeing him

This is a correction to my previous rating of Dr. B. Things have improved and I was wrong about him and he has now really actually helped me

My first visit to Dr. B was very nice and he welcomed me as a patient. He seemed knowledgeable of my minor ailment and all went well. Follow-up visits were less personable. I have changed MDs because Dr. B seemed to lack an interest in my general health issues leaving me with a feeling that I was being rushed through his office. His female aid is very helpful and friendly.

While I respect Dr. B. for helping to get patients off narcotics, I cannot respect his treatment towards me after I was no longer a patient that he could make the most money off of. He is widely available to his patients and mostly calls you back but the second time I contacted him on the weekend for emergencies he became very hostile towards me. I was given false hope by him saying Suboxone could help get my migraines under control and he later claimed he never said any of it, and I was a bad patient because I was unable to afford seeing a 6th (yes 6th) neurologist for Botox injections. He made me feel like I was nothing and desired what I got. Please do NOT let this become you. Patients deserve the proper care they pay for and Dr. B doesn't seem to be able to do that.
