Dr Smith is excellent. Very astute and pragmatic care. He listens well and treats you like an adult.

I have seen this doctor close to a dozen times. He always seems genuinely concerned about your wellbeing, asks thoughtful questions and takes the time to listen to your replies. Does a great job of explaining his conclusions. I've seen my share of doctors that clearly should not be practicing medicine, but in the sad state of today's family medicine environment, Dr. Smith is one of the stand out professionals in his line of work.

I think Dr.Smith is the best doctor I have seen. I have to go to many different doctors due to all my illness's, he knows what is going on with all of them and he helps me anytime I need help.Would'nt go to any other family doctor, use to go to one in the same practice, but switched because he seems to care so much for his patients. I tell everyone who needs a doctor he's the one to go to. His medical assistant is wonderful, she always gets things done in a timely manner.

I think that Dr. Smith is the best doctor in the Reno area. He is a very bright man and knows what he is doing. He has a great personality and you can tell loves his line of work. I will definately refer to him...I have had my mom dad and uncle all see him..they agree with me. His staff is also very friendly and efficiant. His medical assistant is very sweet and gets her job done on a timely matter. I LOVE both doc smith and his medical assistant...Great job..

Dr Smith is the best dr. I have seen. I have been seeing him for 9 years. He is very concered about my health. Yes you may have to wait to see him but if you need to see him in an emergency he gets you fitted in, in an hour or 2.

Have seen him twice for separate issues, and both times his bedside manner was quite good. First visit he was right on time, second visit I waited a good twenty minutes in the examination room. During one apt, he took cell phone call from wife regarding a non-critical personal matter (kid's soccer practice), but instead of hanging up immediately and apologizing, he continued the conversation for at least five mintues. Even so, overall I would still rate his level of care and concern above par.

Came off as very unconcerned about my health and was incredibly insensitive.
