I had an epidural injection from Dr. Gemelli & found relief for over a year- wonderful. I loved I found pain relief without having to take pain meds. Love this practice & Dr. Gemelli.

Dr Gemelli treats patients like their cattle he just herds you in and out as fast as he can. He doesn't wait until the anastesia kicks in before he starts pressing 3" long needles into your neck and dispenses the anti-inflamatory liquid as fast as he can. I can take alot of pain but he had me sobbing for about 15 minutes after the procedure. He just wants to make as much money as fast as he can without any regard for the patent. Please don't let him do what he did to me the next day I had to go to Urgent care after I called him and his nurse said their was nothing they could do for me, he's extremely rude!!!!!!!!! I'm going to report him to the AMA, he's a QUACK.

Horrible experience. Very impersonal staff- 'my pain was not their problem. They have lots of patients in pain'. Day of appt, front desk staff was rude, slammed window closed on me several times. Doctors assistants were cold and uncaring. Doctor came in as asked "what my problem was", I told him I was scared about spinal needle. He said they do this all day long and do I want this done or not. I agreed bc I was desperate to get out of pain. He said I have to lay flatter on my stomach if I want it done and actually pushed my hips down flatter. Nobody explained the procedure. I was told I don't get any pain meds, even though I could be in MORE pain after the procedure. The procedure burned real bad several times and then he was done within 5 min. When they sat me up, the assistants said I could go and did not even walk me to the waiting room to my ride. I hobbled out myself, unsure where to go or if I could even walk after the Lidocaine. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
