I have been going to Dr.Ramos for over a year. He has been a very good dr. he listens to what i have to say,has always been very polite.I could not ask for a better dr than him. I have seen the other dr's there and they are all nice but it seems like they move you on down the line to another except Dr.Ramos he trys to do everything he can to help.

I have been seeing Dr. Ramos for approximately 18 months to manage chronic pain while other Doctors are trying to determine how they can help fix the problem. Dr. Ramos is always rude, but at least seemed to know his meds. Today his rudeness far exceeded my patience in putting up with him any longer. No doctor should ever treat a patient the way he does; especially a patient in pain. I feel bad for his support staff in having to deal with him. When leaving today I asked how they could work for a person like him and they said, "it was hard." He doesn't listen to the patient, doesn't exam the patient, makes assumptions, has no bed side manner, and when done walks out of the room without even a goodbye. Seems his only concern is getting in his 25 patients per day to meet his quoto. I will be finding a pain management Doctor elsewhere and won't be his verbal punching bag.

Dr Ramos did not even examine me at all. He was very rude. This was the first time that I had ever been to him and also the last time..

Terrible staff and they are never on time. Dr. Ramos is rude, loud, hateful, and very unsympathetic. Seems to be ALLL about the money in his pocket.

Worst office staff I have ever had to deal with. Staff appears to care less about patient care and good luck getting them to return a call. Dr. Ramos does appear to care he doesn't have the back-up he needs. I did have to wait 1 1/2 hrs. for one appointment.

Dr. Ramos has been working with me to manage chronic pain for the past 4 years. I've found him to be approachable, considerate, in addition to being pragmatic and knowledgeable.

Dr. Ramos is without a doubt my hero. I see him for chronic pain management, and he could not be a better provider. He sits and listens to me, helps me make decisions based on good, sound advice. I would very highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain.
