He was polite, punctual, very professional and helpful with answering all my questions, and I had no problems with either my hip or spine injections. He is awesome.

He's just rude and rushes through exams. He needs to remember how much his customers pay to see him. If you use the patient portal he never responds. Not sure why they even have that thing. Its useless.

Dr. Ramos was very rude and unprofessional in speaking with me. Apparently, he missed the course on bedside manners. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Ramos since 2009. I would never dram of going to another Dr. He has helped me with my back pain and is

I have gone to Dr. Ramos since 2009. He has always helped me with pain/meds/information or any questions I would ask I have referred him to family members and they love him too. I can't believe some of the reviews I read. Don't think we saw the same Dr. and/or talking about the same one. Only have great things to say about Dr. Ramos and Greensboro Orthopedic Center.

Dr. Ramos has been treating me for the past several years for chronic pain. He is not a teddy bear, warm, fuzzy kind of physician. If you need one of those, go to Walmart to the toy aisle. If you want a physician who will treat you with respect and candor, see Dr. Ramos. He is honest and to the point in explaining to patients that he will not cure your pain, and he will not just dole out prescriptions for addictive pain meds. He will, however, listen to what is going on with your pain control, and he will try to help you. I have always taken the initiative to do whatever I can to control my pain myself, and with his help, I have been able to thrive. I think Dr. Ramos is the very best of physicians, and I know he helps a lot of people.

Why he was called my Pain Management Doctor is beyond me because I was NEVER told of a such title until recently; when I chose to seek better....no a Pain Management Expert. From what I understand Pain Management Experts/Facilities manage your pain with countless options, review any current meds by looking at your bottles (which he NEVER did), conduct vital signs - NOT - and merely assist patients not just physically but emotionally too. I started seeing him in 2009 for a bulging disc & unless my husband was w/me, he was always in a hurry, impatient, rude, never made eye contact, uncaring, loud, & always stood far away. He came in late, ask what the problem is, wouldn't examine me, refills unhelpful pills, records his visit in his digital record & leaves. If you are in a hurry, don't need a clear understanding of your condition, want to be yelled it, want to be belittled, demeaned, or feel wore physically & terrible mentally & emotionally upon leaving, this man is for you.

Dr Ramos is a wonderful doctor. He may be to the point but sugar coating things does not make the pain better. It does help to know exactly where you stand with everything and Dr Ramos is one who will tell you that. Chronic pain cannot always be fixed, most of the time is just has to be managed. Therefore, Dr Ramos gives multiple options for how you would like to manage your pain and he will do everything in his power to help you feel as good as you can. Sometimes things help, sometimes they don't which is why he has different options. It is sad to say that there are people that try to take advantage of this wonderful doctor and he has had to try a new approach to things. I trust Dr Ramos to manage my pain and I am going to stick with him. He is well worth the wait, which is rarely more than 30 minutes. His staff is very friendly and I appreciate everything they are doing for me. Dr Ramos is the best doctor that I have ever been to.

After reading some of the reviews people have left about Dr. Ramos, I want to throw up in my mouth a little. I have been seeing him for at least 4 years, and never once has he rushed or been rude to me. He is a very matter of fact doctor, and he does not sugar coat your problems. He listens and tries very hard to accommodate people and help them as much as he can. Often times there are patients who are only seeking drugs, and when they can't get them they become rude, and write bad reviews. I think anyone that reviews this doctor needs a mental health evaluation. He is one of the best doctors I have known, and the bad part is because of the few idiots that want to be mean I may have to switch doctors. Finding a good doctor is hard, but finding a excellent doctor was easy with Dr. Ramos, and Greensboro Orthopedics. If you want sugar coated information maybe you should go to the ER.
