I had a great experience with Dr. Stein and his staff. The front desk staff were willing to work with my schedule and fit me in quick! They made me feel comfortable and at ease the morning of my surgery. After going home the day of my surgery Dr. Stein called in to check up on how I was doing which I thought was awesome. When I got my cast taken off I was speechless with the results. Its what I've always dreamed of and more! However, my only complaint is that I wish they had cleaned up my nose and gave me more cleaning instructions/demonstration after the cast removal. It is amazing how much a rhinoplasty can boost your self confidence. I do not regret my decision and would do it all over again.

My experience with Dr. Stein would deserve 10 stars if I could select it! I had both a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation/implant done simultaneously. This was my first time having any type of surgery and when I started researching surgeons, I quickly learned that Dr. Stein was the best surgeon for the job.

After looking through his amazing reviews and finding that he is a part of The Rhinoplasty Society, I set up a virtual consultation with Dr. Stein. I also had 3 other virtual consultations with other offices. I was further convinced he was the right selection after talking with other offices. 1) most of the other surgeons weren't doing the initial consultations. It was staff members. Dr. Stein cared enough to hold his own consultations. 2) he went over all the information that I would need on the surgeries so thoroughly that most of my questions were answered without me having to ask. 3) He is no-bullshit. Dr. Stein won't try to up-sell you, convince you that you need X, or promise you that your life will change over night. He gives you realistic expectations while remaining confident in the fact that he is the best and will give you the best results for your time and investment.

After booking my surgery with Dr. Stein, he was available for all questions, as well as his friendly staff members. The day of surgery, he spoke with me again to go over the process, healing expectations, and any questions I had. The staff was very kind and comforting.

After surgery, Dr. Stein gives his patients his cell phone number so he can be contacted with any concerns or questions. I was given everything I needed well in advance for a quick recovery.
I am honestly so glad I made this huge decision and with an amazing surgeon! If you are on the fence, here's your sign - book the consultation!

I chose Dr. Stein for several reasons, he is a head and neck surgeon in addition to being a board certified plastic surgeon and he only does face and neck procedures. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and gave me no-nonsense answers to my questions. The procedure went smoothly (and quickly) as did recovery. I have seen hundreds (if not thousands) of surgeries and can fairly evaluate a surgeon, and Dr. Stein is excellent. The staff was professional and responsive to my needs. I walked in looking like someone else and came out looking like me. I'll be very happy not to wear a mask now!

The results of my rhinoplasty are incredible. This is something I've wanted to get done for years and finally took the step during the pandemic. His team is incredibly professional, the practice is beautiful and Dr. Stein is very honest and transparent. Being a great plastic surgeon, he is a very busy man so he is certainly efficient with his time.
Though not rushed, as you move along the process, I recommend coming prepared with questions though as an added bonus, Pam the patient coordinator is incredibly helpful during and beyond the consult so if you have questions along the way, you just have to call.

Dr. Stein is a straight-forward guy who makes you feel comfortable and clearly knows what he's doing so if you feel like it's right for you after your consultation, you won't be disappointed with the results. I love how he talks through not aspiring for perfection but instead for improvement because I can see how easily people can get carried away with multiple unnecessary procedures.

I got work done for the aesthetics, but as an added bonus, I'm breathing better as well! My confidence has skyrocketed, even during a time of masks so I thank Dr. Stein and his team for making this dream come true.

What I appreciate the most is that Dr. Stein is very realistic with expectations, not only with the cosmetic results that are really amazing but also with the clinical inconveniences you go through when having this procedure. I don't give 5 stars because the coordination with the lab wasn't perfect- the lab claimed they didn't get the order even though the center sent it, but other than that, the service is great, I feel very safe about the protocols for the pandemic..this procedure is worth it and I will put my face in his hands again for sure.

Dr. Stein and his staff are just the absolute best! From the moment of scheduling a consultation until now, after my 6 week follow-up, they have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and most importantly, they delivered the results I had been hoping for! I had put off having a rhinoplasty for years and after the personalized care I received from Dr. Stein and his staff, I wish I had found them years ago. I look better, I can breathe better, and I feel so much better. If you're nervous about making an appointment during COVID, don't be, they are meticulous about safety measures and I never once felt uncomfortable or at risk. Surgery day was fantastic and I was comfortable for every second of it and that's all thanks to the entire team that makes you feel like family while you're in their care. I would absolutely without hesitation see Dr. Stein again for future procedures!

Great team of individuals, great guy. Knew exactly what I was feeling about my nose and gave me exactly what I wanted. His team of nurses and the anesthesiologist are amazing people, helped to keep me comforted before the surgery. Would definitely come back again, 10/10.

Dr. Stein and staff have been very supportive from start to finish. This office has embraced the constraints of COVID without allowing it to deteriorate the compassion or quality of these service. This office takes full advantage of Virtual platforms which makes those coming from further distances a little more tolerable. The cost and service is unparalleled and I am so very pleased and excited that COVID didn't make me delay this procedure.

Finding the right Dr. for a surgery such as a rhinoplasty can be so very nerve racking. I found Dr. Stein through Google research and initially chose him because of all of his fantastic online reviews and also seeing other photos that had previous issues as I had. The reviews and Dr. Stein did not disappoint! For starters, I had my surgery during the 2020 pandemic and I was amazed at how well they still handled this process from doing a safe consultation via skype, handling the payment process over the phone, and still making themselves totally available via phone for any and all questions. Their office is absolutely beautiful and immaculate and I knew everything was completely clean from all germs. The staff was so friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable. Before my surgery, I had asked Dr. Stein if he wouldn't mind taking a picture of my nose opened up during surgery for me, which he did. I thought that was really cool! I was in and out within 2 hours. I had such little pain after surgery that I never even needed the pain medicine that was prescribed. Most importantly I am above and beyond happy with my results and couldn't have asked for better. I would never recommend another surgeon!! Thank you so much Dr. Stein for this cute button nose of mine!!
