Dr Lyons used to be great, but has obviously been overworked or something to be so uncompassionate towards his patients. His staff are incompetent and unprofessional - TERRIBLE doesn't describe them. They never answer the phone (screen ALL calls) and never return your call. They cannot accurately, completely or correctly file any insurance claim. It's taken me 3 months to get my claim filed correctly; I had to submit the paperwork as they were unwilling to do so after their first botched attempt. I paid all out of pocket and of course there was NO motivation to file correctly. Waiting on them to reimburse me from the insurance company. We'll see how many months it takes.
