Never had a problem with wait time, if anything we are in the office for at least an hour because she is so thorough (wait time may be a scheduling problem that she has no control over)

When Dr Vargas is out, we have to see Cassalia, her knowledge is ok, but her wait time is unheard of. two hour wait is uncalled for.
