Dr. Castro missed bedside manner 101! I have seen a lot of dr. But none that treated me so rudely! He actually threw my pathology report at me and said" what a waste of money"! He would read it because the dr. Wasn't a MD. But a specialist in his field! He acts like he's " God"! I don't need anyone like that, I'm dealing with enough, stay away!! The

We are lucky that Dr Castro is willing to travel to Fond du Lac one day a week. Last week I was able to see him with a short notice and was impressed with both him and his nurse. He took the time to explain my blood test, and even to look at my past MRI and chest X Ray. He is very intelligent , competent and caring. He also ordered additional necessary blood work. Thank you Dr. Castro!

After a life altering tumor diagnosis I was referred to this doc to check for meningitis possibility. This doc went above and beyond all he should and could have done. He followed up, checked back on me, kept contact once I transferred to mayo clinic. He was professional beyond the description and very confident in his work. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better doctor at such a hard point in my life. He was compassionate an easy to work with; always willing to answer questions and make appointments.

This doctor has a horrible bedside manner and is just down right rude and arrogant. He is highly incompetent while following you as a patient. He neglects to give you future appointments and then blames the patient. He also does not follow up on his infections with homebound patients. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT PHYSICIAN!
