Dr. Yoon isn't professional. I've seen his attention to patients vary from patient to patient based on his staff's feedback about the patient. Dr Yoon reduces attention and treats patients poorly if the patient did not get along with his staff, and this should not affect the care provided at all! It's very unprofessional.
