We were told to bring a certain amount of cash before the doctor could perform the procedure. They ended up sending us to a collection agency after they said they had sent letters informing us about a discrepancy on our billing. Also they had told us that our insurance provider was a preferred provider which the ended up not being. So after becoming aware of our discrepancy we tried resolving the issue and the staff was very unfriendly and unforgiving. They sent us to a collection agency. Now we have a credit ding that will take time and effort to correct.
