Do Not Use this Doctor. I was referred to this doctor by our general dentist for a root canal. I confirmed, prior to treatment, with our referring general dentist, our dental insurance company and his office that he was a participating physician and accepted as an In-Network Provider with our dental insurance company and thus would accept the negotiated insurance contract fees and co-payments as payment in full for his specific services. During and after administering services he overcharged me on three separate occasions but advised me that there would be a refund after the insurance company paid their portion of his service fees. In the end, after my insurance company made full payment to this doctor of their portion of the negotiated fee's, he overcharged me an additional $808.00 over and above my required insurance co-payments for a root canal by charging our credit card without compliance with my authorization. He refused to comply with his In-Network contract with my dental insurance company and has refused to repay these overcharges after numerous repeated requests for repayment by both my dental insurance company and myself. In addition, the work he performed is sub-standard as the infection has returned to the same tooth that was infected previously and now again I have to go through the same dental process and costs. His dental and office staff, of only one person, is totally incompetent.
