Had upper respiratory infection in Sept. CVS would not fill the cough syrup he prescribed b/c he was not authorized to write it in the format he used. He refused to fill a migraine medication (Fiorcet) I have been taking for 15 years (1-2 pills/yr) because he said " it doesn't work". It WORKS. It stops the migraine at the beginning of the aura (blurred vision). Will return to my former Primary Care MD. I am an RN. The nurse never relayed the request for Fiorcet the day I called and promised to call the next am at 0800. By 0900, never heard from her and kept leaving messages on her answer machine, although the receptionist stated she was sitting at her desk. Lacking good customer service.

Really good doctor. Listens to me, checks everything, and is very empathetic. I feel very confident under his care. I have been doing better since I started going to see him. He seems very concerned about my medical problems, and he orders a complete set of labs and tests about every 6 months. He gives me the results, along with good advice about how I need to take care of myself. His treatments are working good for me, and I am doing better than I have in a long time. I feel he is very knowledgeable about the medical field. He has made changes that have helped me a lot. I am very pleased with my current medical care.
