I always have to wait because they are running behind. I have to go get my lab orders before i go to the lab which is not convenient and then I am charged for two co-pays since the lab is one week prior to dr. visit. I bring up things that I think need to be addressed and most of those things are ignored. I wish we had more endocrinologists in McKinney.

Staff never send lab paperwork on time making me waste time cannot change appointment she is always booked. Dr is always in a hurry and seem to not care.

Went in and she seem to not really be concerned. She brought up other issues besides my thyroid issue- but didn't test. She seemed rushed and honestly did not fix my issue
