Excellent experience at FCN under Dr. Ha's care!.
I had a two level ACDR performed by Dr Ha and his staff in December 2023 and everything exceeded my expectations. Everyone from Front Desk, Medical Assistants, Intake and Recovery Nurses are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Dr. Ha takes time to explain the problems, procedures, risk, possible complications and every question one can possibly have. I had never had any surgeries done on me and I left the place almost eager to have more treatment done. It is truly a blessing to have such levels of service in our Bellingham community.

I've experienced a loss of mobility over recent years (I'm over 70 years old), and an MRI identified some "severe" stenosis issues in my lumbar region. I was referred to Dr. Tung Ha by my GP, and soon afterward began my process of getting my mobility back. Dr. Ha's approach was to seek the least invasive way to resolve the specific problem causing my mobility issue. After a steroid injection into the target joint, Dr. Ha determined that he could perform an arthroscopic procedure that in his words was akin to "tip-toeing in and tip-toeing out" of my spine. This left more options available if this procedure didn't help my mobility. I am pleased to say his strategy worked, and without too much pain, time, and effort post-surgery I am making dramatic progress in recouping my mobility. I highly recommend Dr.Ha for his knowledge, skills, and ability as a neurosurgeon. I'm very blessed to have his hands on my healing.

As I am getting back to my previous activities I want to send a note of thanks and gratitude. The day I came to the clinic I was terrified that I would lose the use of my legs from the severe spinal stenosis that was diagnosed on the MRI when I was in the emergency department having lost control of my legs that day. Thank you, Dr Ha for calmly explaining that surgery was possible, and how it would be done. I was impressed with the amount of time Dr Ha spent examining and talking with me about what was happening in my body, and what my options were. The day of surgery at the CBSC, I was met with kind and competent staff from the receptionist, admitting nurse, OR nurse and recovery nurse. I felt safe and cared for. A few hours later I was ready to go home. The recovery has been uneventful with minimal pain. Yesterday I walked three miles, and today I will attend my dance class. Dr Ha., my heartfelt gratitude to you and your staff for making that possible.

Dr. Ha takes his time to fully explain everything to you and your family. I never felt rushed or left in the dark. My surgery went smoothly and my recovery has been great so far. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that the office messed up on several occasions with scheduling.

The experience with Dr. Ha and his entire team was nothing short of amazing! His approach to non-invasive surgery relieved my nerve pain. The team surrounding him also need to be commended for their knowledge and bedside manner, not only to me as the patient, but also my wife. Very glad to be able to have found them!!

I had pinched nerves in my lower back , went to 2 doctors and they both told me they couldn't see anything wrong after looking at MRIs and X-rays . I was falling all the time because my legs felt very week and numb , I was very worried that it would get to the point were I couldn't even walk so I looked on the internet for another doctor and came across Dr Ha and after reading his reviews I knew I had to see him , I made a appointment and he wanted me to bring the X- rays and MRIs , He told me they dont even show the area he thought the problem was so he ordered new ones and had me come back , The MRI he ordered showed were the nerves were pinched and he said he would fix it. Dr Ha will tell you what he can do for you and what he cant do but once I met him I just knew I was in good hands. Had the surgery it went very well ,from the time I arrived to when I woke up His nursing staff took very good care of me , Im writing this about two weeks after surgery and I can start to notice my legs gaining strength again and more stable when I walk , but after about a month after surgery my legs got real weak all of a sudden I mean I couldn't even walk, went back to see Dr Ha and He ordered more MRIs and nerve test and spinal tap. When I got done with the test they put me in the hospital immediately and told me they were going to do surgery that next day for pinched nerves in upper back , they were worried that I could have been paralyzed for the rest of my life. so Im in my hospital room the night before I had the surgery and it was close to 7:00 pm and in walks Dr Ha , So instead of being home with his family he came to talk to me about what they found and about the surgery he was going to do, so I asked him what time tomorrow are you going to do surgery he said he didn't know because it was a last minute thing and he wanted to do the surgery himself. Obviously this isn't just a job to him , had the surgery and Im able to walk again. You dont realize all the things you cant do if you cant walk, Dr Ha just made my life a lot better . I know this is a long review but I hope it will help anybody with the same problem or other back issues .

My experience with Dr. Ha was an extremely positive one. He is definitely an expert in his field. He spent at least an hour with my husband & me during my first appointment. He explained what treatment was needed and why. He made me feel confident that the treatment he planned for me was the right one. The entire staff was amazing too, from receptionist to nurses to anesthesiologist , everyone made sure everything went smoothly, and it absolutely did. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ha is a miracle worker! He is caring, compassionate and an expert in his field of surgery. He listened to me carefully, explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions in a way that made me feel calm, reassured, and prepared for the surgery. The surgery he performed was incredible, and his work is meticulous- the scar is almost invisible! I feel a million percent better than I have in 15 years, all thanks to Dr.Ha. I am beyond grateful to have had the chance to work with Dr.Ha and his incredible staff.

Dr Ha was extraordinarily knowledgeable and careful in his evaluation of my husband for spinal surgery. He was direct, honest and caring. His process is very systematic and his staff is outstanding. We had a brilliant experience with everyone we worked with during this process. I would recommend him very highly and I would trust him with anyone I love and myself.

Dr. Ha is very professional & kind. He does not do surgery unless it is needed. I had lower back pain. He was able to remove the arthritis that had been sitting on a nerve for a very long time. I am now PAIN FREE. I would highly recommend Dr. Ha
