Very skilled, personalized care. Flexible and goal-oriented and to-the-point, but also caring and empathetic. Can incorporate mindfulness techniques, visualization techniques, and EMDR, among others. Highly recommended. Only downside, doesn't take insurance.

Does cookie cutter therapy, uses the same techniques no matter what your issues are. Does not listen well and is impatient.
