Dr. Ruegg helped me tremedously. I had extreme shame and guilt. He helped me to understand that thats what I was feeling. I was unaware of how much it affected me, let alone how to get rid of it. He helped me to work through really uncomfortable situations in my past I was too "ashamed" to even talk about. Great help!
