I hadn't had good experiences with doctors, but I decided to try Dr. Grantham because of her credentials and the UCLA reputation. I have to say I was impressed. First, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I was early for my appointment and I was able to get right in. When Dr. Grantham came in, she was very friendly. She really took her time and listened to my concerns. She asked a lot of questions to get an idea of my history and condition. She examined me thoroughly, and I never felt like she was in a hurry or rushed in any way. She also explained everything fully. She seemed to really know her stuff, and I left feeling very good about the visit. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting a good, caring doctor!
