Dr. Mohan deserves TWENTY stars, maybe THIRTY. My 25 year old son had severe headaches and dizziness. Two years ago, he ended in Emergency Room with overnight hospital stay. MRI showed a small speck in his brain. Many different medical scenarios were tossed around and he was released with follow up. He, as well as us (parents), knew he came from healthy family, nothing to stress. Two years later, his life became out of control quickly. Sensitivity to heat/cold, out of body experiences, headaches and the list continued. Frantically searching for help, calling neurologists in area, waits were over a month. Our family doctor stepped in and got an immediate appointment with Dr. Virany Hillard. She thought the speck in his brain had grown and developed a new one. She asked my son visit Dr. Mohan since she respected his opinion and they worked as a team in operations. Dr. Mohan requested a MEG in NJ to further investigate growths. Next was the dreaded words...deep in brain, requires immediate operation. I could either lose it emotionally, or investigate Dr. Mohan's reviews and credentials to be POSITIVE MY SON, had the BEST OF THE BEST to operate on him. I was very impressed and TRUSTED him with my son's life. The operation was one week ago and he and Dr. Hillard managed to get all of the growths out and my son is recovering wonderfully! I believe his staff is outsourced and if you are in a hurry for tests to happen ASAP or paperwork quickly, you have to be patient. It will happen but at their pace. The staff can also be rude, his secretary put me on hold without my knowledge when I was upset my son's appointment was cancelled with the doctor because they didn't send the MRI results to NJ MEG testing. I was talking into the air. It's the hand doctors have been dealt with outsourcing working staff. Dr. Mohan will work with you IF your insurance is out of network. Don't let your LOVED ONE'S LIFE be trusted with just any doctor. Dr. Mohan even saw us the day after Christmas and WAS WILLING to move the operation during the holiday's.

My son had brain surgery in November 2016. Dr. Mohan was fantastic. He was the only doctor who pushed to get the answers we needed. He even came to see my son on Thanksgiving, his day off. I couldn't recommend him high enough!!
