Dr. James Snapper spoke in a demeaning and condemnatory way and after he realized his response was out of order, he asked if I wanted to still see him; I said I did because I was having chest pain and I need to see someone, but he refused. Later, when the nurse and I explained to the office manager at Duke Asthma, Allergy, and Airway Center, James Snapper apologized but it didn't seem genuine.

I've seen many pulmonologists and I can truly say that Dr Snapper is one that gives Great care and has great knowledge.
