Great personality but he ignored, or missed, my glaucoma for over two years. I lost almost half the sight in one eye by the time it was getting so bad that I sought a second opinion.

Dr. Byrnes is a personable, friendly man. I've been a patient for years and he always puts me at ease. You don't feel like you're just another patient. He recognizes you and remembers details about your life. Even my children enjoy seeing him. He makes them comfortable and is genuinely interested in their welfare.

Dr. Byrnes is a great person and is great at what he does! He is so helpful and caring! His.staff on the other hand is so rude like maybe they don't want to be at work! But he makes up for them which is good because I wouldn't be a patient there if he didn't.

Dr Byrnes is a very good Optometrist! Unfortunately his office staff are some of the most hateful I have ever met. I regret that I had to switch to another doctor due to his staff.
