I was very pleased with Dr. Palmer. She was efficient and informative. Overall, this was my most pleasant annual eye exam experience. The prescription for the computer/reading bifocals was perfect. Thank you Dr. Palmer and I look forward to my next visit.

I am so unimpressed with Dr. Palmer and staff. Have had to make multiple trips due to their inaccuracies. I left a message and was never called back. They refused to make a copy of my prescription so that I could take it next door to Costco to make it possible for me to order my contacts online. They told us "We don't do that". Instead they said to go wait in line at Costco for them to make a copy! Insane! They even made a mistake on the prescription which means we had to go back (and take more time off work) and there was no apology for the huge inconvenience! I can't believe Costco is associated with a practice that is so inefficient and ineffective. Costco is known for their customer service and Dr. Palmer's staff doesn't seem to understand the meaning of customer service.

Dr Palmer is very personable and thorough with her exam. She takes her time and answers all my questions. I have needed glasses less than 5 years, and was scared to try contacts, but she made the process so simple! I highly recommend her for all ages.

Prescription was wrong. The receptionist called me back and said the doctor read it directly of the equipment. I trusted her. Now I have a worthless $580.00 pair of glasses. They should have asked me to stop back by and double check, but NO. Go elsewhere.
