Dr. Ochi is great! He takes the time to get to know you and recommend lifestyle choices for your ailment. He is one the most warm and caring physicians that I've had been seen by. Would highly recommend his services.

I have been Dr. Ochi's patient for 23 years. I have Systemic Lupus and by 1990 it was starting to affect my kidneys. He always had my well-being at heart. Because of Dr. Ochi, I did not have to start dialysis until 2003. Thirteen years after my original diagnosis. That is a long time. Even when I started dialysis, he would occasionally drop in at night when I took my treatment. I would ask hi, "Does your family ever see you?" He is so dedicated. I know other renal patients. Some also had cytoxin therapy but they had pills, not via IV like me. Cytoxin can possibly cause bladder cancer but it is less likely by IV. As I said he always had my well-being at heart. In 2007, I received a kidney transplant and I am doing very well. A lot of that is thanks to Dr. Rex Ochi. He is a great nephrologist, kidney coach and friend. He really cares. Thanks, Dr. Ochi! :D
