I waited a while in the waiting room, but when I got back to see the doctor, he spent alot of time with me. He was very knowledgable and compassionate. He was not quick to offer surgery but focused on non-surgical options first. I had been to another neurosurgeon who was in the room for less than 2 minutes and wanted to cut right away! You can't go wrong with Dr. Bonaroti.
