Dr. Milburn is an excellent evaluator. She has always been professional and helpful. When she testifies in court she uses research and facts to back up her recommendations. Parents who are not fit -drug users or do crazy behaviors- are always going to be disappointment.

This doctor put her soul inside of everybody in my family. Isn't that demonic and considered devil worshipping???? Why is the court using her??? I am so happy I am a highly anointed Christian because my Holy Ghost tore her apart!!! And she says in spirit UTA turned her.

I completely agree with the person below. They sided towards the person that paid for the study even though the evidence collected and presented in a very professional manner was given to them with photos and very organized books. Both Mirlburn and Schocken are a disgrace to our society who tears up families. How horrible--My children had more anxiety about going to her than feeling better after going to them both. They do not know the meaning of Forensic Psych Eval as there was none done. Save your families yourself--therapists like them would harm your case.

Do not use Dr. Donna Milburn or Dr. Monica L. Schocken. The process evaluation they were involved with was a joke. They didn't research anything. They used items that had no bases and failed to do their due diligence. There was absolutely no "forensic" evaluation. Multiple issues in actual evaluation that were contradictory to the entries. I don't think they actually proofread any of what they put together. They did not communicate effectively in regards to timelines, appointments, or clearly identify their roles. Though they "work" together, they don't actually communicate with each other.

Avoid these people at all costs.

Dr. Milburn was chosen to do a court ordered exam in our custody modification. She was straight forward, had the utmost integrity, and made suggestions based on my child's best interests, on the facts of the situation, and not on the parents opinion. I found her to be extremely competent and ethical in the handling of the court ordered evaluation.

Dr. Milburn is the highest regarded forensic examiner in the Dallas & Collin County area. THAT is why she is chosen by the JUDGES to do the evaluations. Poor parents are poor losers.

My son saw Dr. Millburn for anxiety and depression. Several years after he stopped seeing her (he went about four time) he told me he felt worse after every meeting. There is no staff, a small office. Should have checked ratings first.

Crazy lady to say the least. Can't even bill right or should I say she uses the wrong codes to charge you or the insurance more. Does no real study as she claims to have done but when asked about her so called study she says "I feel" like this is what the problem or issue is. She is nothing short of a scam.

Unprofessional and does not do any necessary work that is required. Do not entrust her "work" or "professional" opinion for your family. She ruins lives and doesn't think twice. It is very surprising that she is allowed to continue to practice with as many reports and complaints that she has. Children are the ones that suffer due to her laziness and carelessness.
