I think Dr. Groussman is terrific. She has a lot of wisdom, and doesn't back down from difficult questions. Two thumbs up!

I wish Dr. Groussman had a secretary to field her calls (or unlock the door when her business partner locks it). She is kind and very direct which I personally appreciate. Dr. Groussman reminds me of a well educated, feisty, opinionated (not in a bad way) grandmother. She listens and offers advice or alternative reading material for those seeking to continue their progress at home. I would definitely recommend Dr. Groussman to friends and family. She is easy to talk to and has a lot of life experience to temper her responses and make them relatable.

Not sure who wrote the other review, but they must not be talking about the same Dr. Groussman I know. Dr. Barbara Groussman is extremely knowledgeable, caring, patient, and kind. She handles all aspects of the session with great professionalism. I would recommend her to anyone seeking guidance, inspiration, motivation, or 150,000 other issues with which someone might need help. I've never stumped her with a question, and goodness knows I've tried. I've never had issues reaching her or scheduling an appointment. The waiting room is comfortable and does not have the feel of some "cattle call" rooms I've seen with larger, hospital affiliated doctors. She takes her time with me, is an exceptional listener, and always offers pertinent comments or advice. She is an excellent source of book titles for further reading on the subject at hand. Dr. Groussman is class all the way and I recommend her HIGHLY.

We had a negative experience with Dr. Groussman. We brought the paperwork on our first visit which she requested and then said we needed to have made copies since she would not make them for us. Our response was that we would fax it to her in which she replied that she doesn't recieve faxes. She accepts only cash or checks and her receipts are hand written. She was extremely hard to reach by phone or message and her professional demeaner was condescending and rude. After 4 minutes on the phone discussing an issue she abrupty ended the call by saying she "didn't have time to discuss this." After many years of bringing our children to medical professionals we have never had such an unfortunate experience as with Dr. Groussman.
