A very good listener, and his candor is much appreciated. Up-to-date on new findings and theories, and willing to offer suggestion in a very kind way. Very pleasant and very good with children. Great sense of humor, and it helps lighten the atmosphere when you're a new client. Doesn't just nod and agree and ask 'what do you think?', gives feedback and offers options to work through your issues, not around them.
