She is a kind and comforting woman. While she directs the conversation and leads the session, I always felt that i had the chance to say what i needed to say. She would take that information and help me understand it in a very non-critical way. There was never shame. She was almost motherly without being overbaring. i think that nurturing is the best word to describe her.
