The staff in this office is one of the most professional and polite I have yet to deal with in New Mexico. If they are having a bad day you will never know. They treat every customer as if you are their first and great you with a friendly demeanor and a smile. They are very punctual with their appointments and I am always seen on time. Dr. Rothfeld is an amazing pediatrician, he has a magical way to talk to kids, this is his true calling. I appreaciate the way he explains everything in detail and ensures my understanding of my child's situation and needs.

We LOVE Dr Tom. We feel he really listens and cares. We have children with medical issues and trust him completely. He values our input and concerns as parents. He speaks to us and our kids and encourages the kids to speak for themselves. I'm heartbroken that my oldest has turned 18 and has to find a new doc. He is the BEST there is!

Absolutely could be a better doctor than Tom. Tops in my book, and we see a LOT of doctors.

Tom is a superior doctor in many ways. He has the ability and willingness to respond to immediate medical problems, pursues solutions for long term care (if needed) and is very well connected througout the community. He has a very good bedside manner with kids.
