Dr. Alberti explained way more than any other dentist has to me including my recent dentist at Cudahy Dental. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, explained things to me so that I could understand. She spent an hour with me and I am so glad I found her and hope to continue with her until I die!!

The most kind and thorough Dentist i have ever met. Her approach was strategic and she educated me along each step of the process. I'm a complete coward when it comes to going to the Dentist; however, Dr. Alberti is #1 and has me coming in annually....

Dr Alberti is a interesting person to talk . She answer my question and like to engage in conversation on different subject to keep my mind off the dental work. Good idea Thanks

Dr. Alberti and her dental assistant (I think her name was Tesa) were both beyond the 5 stars. Seriously. They were engaging with me and didn't treat me like a "number". Dr. Alberti was so gentle with my filling - and I haven't HAD a filling in years. I'm not good with pain but she made it painless. Seriously. By the way - and you didn't ask this question. The cost was comparable with the others and I have to pay entirely out of pocket.

Dr. Alberti is a trie professional and with good humor to boot. She's always concerned with my comfort level and always does a great job.

Hana Alberti at Forward Dental in Franklin, WI is rude and unprofessional. Stay clear of her. My daughter and I arrived at our 6pm appointment ahead of time. Around 6:15 the receptionist told me we would have to wait longer, could be a few minutes or quite awhile. I asked her to get clarification on how long because I wasn't going to wait endlessly. She came back and said the dentist said it would be about 15 minutes. So we waited. When I made the appt. they informed me that they definitely do pediatric dentistry. When we were finally taken back into a room--a half hour late--my daughter was a little scared as to be expected. The hygienist barely said anything and didn't do anything to try and make her comfortable. So I asked if I could sit in the chair with her to make her more comfortable. She said yes and then took pictures of my daughters teeth. Then Hana Alberti came in. She had an attitude from the start. She proceeded to talk to me very condescendingly about everything, including how I should have brought my daughter in at 1 year to 18 months versus 3 years. I told her "We are here now." Then she said "I understand you had a problem waiting! In the future you might want to make an appointment during the day." I informed her that I worked during the day. She snapped back "So do I!". Then she told me I had to get out of the chair and just have my daughter sit there. While I was doing it she told me that "For my consideration, they find it best if the parent isn't in the room while they do the cleaning." She repeated it twice. I told her that my daughter was only 3 and that this is her very first dentist appoint and was scared so I wasn't going to leave her. She then looked at the hygienist and said "I think we're done for the night." I looked at her and said "You haven't done anything." She replied " We'll you've been here awhile and don't like waiting, so ..." I picked up my daughter and walked out. This was my first experience with a Forward Dental office and my last. What really upsets me is what a horrible first experience she made it for my daughter.
