My son was referred here for surgery consult by another ENT because his case was complicated. Dr Copeland was very upfront about the risks, took the time we needed to ask questions, and ultimately did the surgery. We were impressed with every aspect of his, and his office’s, care and professionalism.

I had surgery with this and felt very comfortable with his calm and confident manner. He stayed with me untill I knew what was going on and explained everything. During surgery he calmed me down reassuring me that surgery would go fine. I have had no problems since. He has great staff as well who always went out of the way to help with any concerns I had.
