When I moved from College Station to Arlington with my family, we needed to find a pediatric dentist rather quickly. One of the first offices to catch my attention was Dr. Jennifer Ketchel and once I found out she also graduated from Texas A&M my search was narrowed to only two. Her credentials were very impressive but I was still a little hesitant as I entered the doors. All of that was put to rest by her staff, who was incredibly warm from the time we arrived until we left. Always willing to go above and beyond for us. So glad we found Dr. Ketchel, she made my children’s experience a wonderful and I am thankful for that.

As a mother, you only want the best for your children and Dr. Jennifer Ketchel and her staff are definitely just that. I cannot remember the young lady’s name at the front desk but she was extremely inviting and friendly. She took time to make my son feel comfortable as soon as he came in, that instantly gave the office points in my eyes. She even made sure to ask him how everything was during the visit as we walked out. The experience was pain free and made me feel extremely comfortable. If you have small children, look no further than Dr. Ketchel and her staff in Arlington when it comes to Pediatric Dentistry.

We came across Dr. Jennifer Ketchel’s name while searching for qualified pediatric dentists in the Arlington area. Not only is Dr. Ketchel board certified, but she is a member of the American Dental Association, Greater Dallas Pediatric Dental Society, and Fort Worth District Dental Society. Needless to say she more than passed the eye test, the visit to the office was everything we expected and more. We will definitely be using her in the future and have already referred two close friends with children..

After a long and strenuous search for a new pediatric dentist for my son, we were pleasantly surprised by Dr. Jennifer Ketchel and her staff. The family friendly environment was not what I expected, partially because of past experiences and you normally do not receive the level of care they provided. They did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend anyone in the Dallas / Ft. Worth metroplex to use them in the future.

Dr Ketchel needs to go back to dental school to learn how to deal with patients and parents. She is condescending, and treats parents like they are idiots. Will never allow any of my children to be seen by her, again.

As with many children, my daughter cringes at the thought of going to the dentist. It didn’t help that my daughter hadn’t been to the dentist since she was 5 so her level of worry grew stronger with age. However, after visiting Dr.Ketchel and her friendly staff, our fears were put at ease. I was really impressed with how they were. The staff was very helpful with explaining certain procedures very thoroughly. Not only did she have a good experience but she was also educated on the importance of having good dental hygiene. She also mentioned how clean and fresh her teeth felt and asked if she would be able to go back to get a flu shot. I would strongly suggest Dr.Ketchel to my friends and family.

I took my 3 children to Dr. Ketchel for the first time in September. The staff was amazing. So friendly and made my kids feel special. The office is bright and happy. I've never been to an office where the Dr spends so much time with the parents explaining everything in detail. It was my daughter's first visit to the dentist. She loved it. I went back with her and sat in the room while she had her cleaning. The kids got to wear cool glasses and watch tv during their cleaning. I'm so glad I found this office and so are my kids!!!

Terrible experience with the fact that they will only allow the parent to see the child while work is being done until after they can not calm them down, it was their policy not to have allow the parent present while the work is being done, (tooth extraction) and when I asked to see the child during the next visit, they refused to allow the parent to even look through the glass where the work was done even if the child could not see the parent, it did not sit well with me, others should be aware of the fact that even if the child requests the parent they are not allowed to see them. -we will not be back.

The entire staff is OUTSTANDING!!! So friendly and congenial. I drive almost 2 hrs round trip just so my daughter can see Dr. Ketchel. She is very personable and you can tell she loves her occupation!
