I can say with 100% confidence that Claire Diep is the WORST DOCTOR I have EVER been unfortunate enough to see. I came to her with some health concerns, and she simply brushed them off and said I should see a psychologist because it's "all in my head." Not only was it super disrespectful, it was also completely false, because the "imaginary" concerns I was having were very real, after seeing another doctor. Claire was rushing me out of the room, not answering all of my questions, which left me feeling like I got nothing out of the visit except feeling upset and insulted. When I requested to have a blood test done to ease my mind, she refused and said I was ok and I didn't need it. Every GOOD doctor will order the test if you have health issues. Every visit I had with Claire just gave me anxiety! Not to mention, her front desk lady is INCREDIBLY RUDE and unhelpful. Not only did she overcharge my visits because she didn't want to bother going to my insurance directly to bill me due to her being lazy, she also wouldn't disclose simple test results with me and made me go so far out of my way. WORST OFFICE/DOCTOR AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!!

She cares and listens to the patients. My parents are her patients and she takes good care of them.:-)
